wat have i done?

i m lost in my world again, may be i shld have spent my day on the basketball court until the gastric pain took my senses away again, sometimes pain is a better cure to confusion..damn it, why do i flash back? i m powerless to undone wat's already occurred, dwelling on the past would only cause more damage, yes i know that...thk of it again, i have not even completed single thing on the agenda, and the list is getting longer and longer, out of my reach..shld i give up?
