Realization
was jogging alone in the park this afternoon, too much thoughts jamming my brain, thus i sprinted and sprinted until stomach was really upset, and i could almost puke out anytime...only then i slowed down...
we've been moving too fast, sometimes we dont even have time to take a look at what's happening ard us, and we've missed so many beautiful things that could have possibly light up ya life.
as i was gasping for air, i took a slow walk thru the park, most of the time i would be running at the outter route since less pple running out there, i cant understand why i naturally chose that route and it's become a habit, so be it...i sat down on the bench, sweat went into my eyes, it hurt, when i could again opened my eyes, well, that was such a wonderful sight
try to imagine: setting sun painted the whole sky orange, flocks of birds flying home, kids were flying kite on the grassland, i guess the boy is only 4 or 5 years old, he was running and fell down hard but he din cry, happily got back to his feet, and continued running; an old couple walking past me, the old lady kept an worried eye on the old uncle, she was a bit lagging behind him but she caught up and first thing she did, was to wipe away the sweat on the forehead of her husband, and he picked her hand up, walking side-by-side...
sometimes, u juz nid a faith to carry on.

We all need to slow down and live life more fully. Live for the moment, not for the future or the past.
